It's simple really. Just choose from the styles below, (we are always adding more), and then let us know which one and what you would like in terms of names, date etc.

Its IMPORTANT to note that lengths of names can effect the layout slightly, and that if the design is all in CAPITAL letters, that's how yours will appear. That's the same with date formats.

The colour may also vary slightly from screen to screen.
